1. Cancellation Policy:
Before 72 hours we will take 30% amount
Before 48 hours we will take 50% amount
Before 24 hours we will take 100% amount and it will be non-refundable
2. Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
3. No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive for the scheduled check-in without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Early Check-out:
Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for any refunds for the unused portion of their booking.
5. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of DreamStayz Villa, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, the cancellation policy may be waived, and refunds may be provided at the discretion of DreamStayz Villa management.
6. Request for Refund:
Guests must submit a formal cancellation request to DreamStayz Villa via email or phone to initiate the refund process.The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy and the terms outlined in this document.
7. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided for any additional services or amenities not included in the original booking fee.
DreamStayz Villa reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of violation of villa policies or misconduct by guests.
