1. Booking Confirmation:

 Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment and confirmation from DreamStayz Villa management.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Before 72 hours we will take 30% amount
Before 48 hours we will take 50% amount
Before 24 hours we will take 100% amount and it will be non-refundable

3. Check-in and Check-out:
 Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Occupancy:
– The maximum occupancy of the villa is specified in the booking details.
– Additional guests beyond the specified occupancy may not be permitted or may incur additional charges.

5. Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any damages or incidentals. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection.

6. Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa during their stay.
Any damages caused by the guests will be charged to the provided payment method.

7. Pets:

Pets may not be allowed on the premises. Please inquire with DreamStayz Villa management for pet-friendly accommodations, if available.

8. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas may be available on the premises.

9. Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by DreamStayz Villa management.

10. Force Majeure:

DreamStayz Villa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or labor disputes.

11. Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising out of or related to the booking shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DreamStayz Villa is located, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By making a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
